With reference to the letter (C.4726) which was

addressed to you from this Department on the 19th February

relative to the inclusion in the liquidation of enemy firm S

in the British Eastern Colonies of the sale of Trade Marks

owned or partially owned by such enemy firms, I am directed

by the Board of Trade to transmit herewith for such action

as Mr. Bonar Law may see fit to take, a letter which has been

received in this Department from Messre. W and C. Dunlop

on this subject.

Messrs. Dunlop have been informed that their

letter has been transferred to your Department.
